CPH Mining & Civil is seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operator to join our team at Whitehaven's Blackwater Mine. We are looking for operators who are highly competent across a range of civil and mining equipment, with demonstrated experience in ideally 2 or more of the following:
• Grader
• Excavators
• Dozers
• Moxy articulated dump trucks
• Heavy Rigid Watercarts
• Loaders and other mobile plant as required
Working within a skilled rehabilitation and civil construction crew, you'll play a key role delivering high-quality earthworks safely and efficiently across ongoing mining projects.

Your duties will include:
• Operating a variety of heavy mining and civil equipment
• Bulk earthworks and rehabilitation activities
• Drainage construction and maintenance
• Road, haul road and access track construction
• Topsoil placement and land remediation
• Working safely in accordance with site procedures and SHMS requirements
• Conducting pre-start inspections and maintaining equipment
• Supporting a positive team culture and high safety standards
To be successful you will have:
• Demonstrated operating experience across various skillsets in a civil construction capacity (mine site transcript history)
• Health Assessment/ Section 4 Medical
• Australian Driver’s Licence
• Standard 11 Statement of Attainment
• RII Statement of Attainments for applicable equipment
• Robust commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Ability to work effectively with a multi-skilled crew

• Flat rate $65 p/hr + Super
• 7 day on, 7 day off roster (Thursday to Wednesday)
• Flights provided Brisbane – Emerald
