Seed Heritage currently recruiting an experienced retail Stockroom Manager to maintain and manage the stock reserves of our Chadstone Flagship Store. This role will support the Store Manager to drive sales and performance to meet all key KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

- Strong organisational skills to ensure the stockroom is well laid out at all times so that store staff can access stock effectively in order to maximise sales on the shop floor.
- Ensure systems are in place to control revenue loss (theft, poor administration, error and waste) at store level, including the reserves for refill.
- Effectively assist the Store Manager to manage store rosters to deliver budgeted wage % and plan for fluctuations in trade and tasks.
- Mitigate loss to the company through effective stock management,



administration and theft controls.
- The ability to prepare and process all relevant paperwork for incoming/outgoing stock deliveries.
- Capacity to conduct daily replenishments of floor stock, including styling and detailing to uphold high visual merchandising standards.
- Customer service skills required to assist and serve customers as needed.
