About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our homecare team. In this role, you will be working for our homecare clients around Toowoomba areas.

As a Speech Pathologist at Vivir Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional Speech Pathology services. Reporting to our Clinical Services Team, you will collaborate closely with leaders across our network, ensuring top-notch care for clients is met. Some of regular duties include:

- Conducting dysphagia assessments and managing complexities in aged care and community settings
- Assessing and managing speech, language, voice, and neurological conditions
- Empowering clients to achieve optimal function and quality of life through tailored interventions
- A adaptable approach to clinical care, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Educating clients, families,



and staff on dysphagia and communication strategies
- Advocating for comprehensive Speech Pathology services

About You

- SPA membership eligibility and current registration
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or equivalent
- Current Drivers’ license and reliable vehicle.
- Possesses Professional indemnity insurance, or willing to obtain it.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willing to obtain it.
- Has 2026 Flu Vaccine Certificate, or willing to obtain it.
- Has COVID vaccine certificate, or willing to obtain it.
