Mercure Goulburn is currently looking for a casual Chef or Cook to expand our kitchen team.

Our kitchen team produces amazing food for our restaurant ‘Edge Restaurant & Bar’ along with multiple conference rooms that cater for an array of events.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have previous experience in a similar role

- Have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team

- Have good communication and people skills

- Be able to manage time and work-load appropriately

- Have quick and precise decision-making skills

- Have excellent attention to detail

- Be flexible, reliable, punctual, organised and trustworthy

- Have a strong understanding of food safety standards and practices

- Be passionate about cooking and producing high quality dishes - consistently.

You must be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts – primarily mornings, some evenings, as well as weekends and public holidays.
