We are looking for experienced cladding tradespeople or workers with transferable skills in carpentry, metal roofing, or façade installation to join our team. Your contribution will directly impact project quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and install cladding materials accurately according to project specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings, plans, and façade documentation.
- Ensure superior workmanship and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the site team while maintaining project timelines.
- Adhere to all occupational health and safety regulations.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, protected work environment.
Selection Criteria / Requirements
- Proven experience in cladding or related trades (carpentry,
metal roofing, façade work).
- Knowledge of various cladding materials, installation techniques, and finishes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical plans and drawings.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of independent and team-based work.
- Hold a current Construction Induction (White Card) and valid driver’s license.
- Experience with scaffolding or elevated work platforms is highly valuable.
