We're partnering with a leading national professional services firm to recruit a Business Partnering Finance Manager to join its high-performing finance team in Brisbane.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead and develop a team of Finance Business Partners while working closely with senior leaders across the business. You'll provide commercial insights, drive financial performance, and play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and executive reporting.

Key responsibilities

- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide strategic financial advice and commercial insights.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes across multiple business units.
- Prepare executive and Board reporting, delivering financial analysis and performance commentary.
- Evaluate business cases, investment proposals and ROI to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve business performance, reporting and financial processes.
- Deliver financial modelling, scenario analysis and commercial recommendations to support growth initiatives.
- Lead,



coach and develop a team of Finance Business Partners.

About you

- CA or CPA qualified with experience in commercial finance, FP&A; / business partnering.
- Proven experience leading or mentoring a small finance team - ideally within a large, complex organisation.
- Strong financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Advanced Excel skills are essential; experience with Power Query / planning tools advantageous.
- A commercially minded finance leader who enjoys partnering with the business to drive performance and continuous improvement.
