About The Role

We're seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a focused retail service station with a pre-packaged food and convenient coffee offer. This role is about retail performance and execution - growing convenience sales, maintaining strong in-store standards, and merchandising the store to maximise impulse purchases and customer flow.

You'll be hands-on, commercially minded, and focused on running a tight operation that delivers consistent results across 6-day trading.

What You'll Do

Lead the day-to-day operation of the store with a strong customer-first focusDrive convenience sales growth through strong merchandising, range execution, and promotional activityMaintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and complianceLead, coach and develop your team to deliver friendly,



efficient serviceManage pre-packaged hot food and convenient coffee operations with a focus on speed, quality, and consistencyMonitor costs, stock control, waste, and labour to maximise profitabilityEnsure safe operations across forecourt and shop environmentsBuild a positive team culture that supports performance and retention

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in convenience retail, fuel retail, grocery, or QSR-style environmentsStrong understanding of merchandising, range execution, and retail sales driversA hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teamsSolid commercial awareness and confidence managing store KPIsA practical, customer-focused approach to running a retail site
