The Role

You'll be involved in the full advice journey, supporting advisers and clients through advice preparation, implementation and ongoing service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting advisers with the preparation and implementation of financial advice
- Processing applications and managing transactions with superannuation funds, insurers and investment providers
- Coordinating client reviews, appointments and follow-up activities
- Managing workflows and ensuring key deadlines are met
- Preparing documentation and maintaining accurate client records
- Monitoring progress of advice strategies and implementation activities
- Delivering a skilled and seamless client experience
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A willingness to learn and understand financial planning strategies and processes
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Experience in administration, banking, financial services or professional services is desirable, but not essential
