Rohde Egg Co. is a proudly South Australian, family-owned food and farming business with a strong reputation for quality products, reliable service and genuine relationships with our customers. We have been producing free range eggs since 1957, across three generations and are super passionate about supplying delicious eggs for South Australians to enjoy.
We are preparing to open an exciting stall in the new development within the Adelaide Central Market. This venture will be our first retail outlet and a great opportunity to engage directly with our customers and provide a broad range of products.
We are seeking a motivated and passionate to individual to join our team in the full-time position of Store Manager - Adelaide Central Market to take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the stall and become a highly visible ambassador for our Rohde Egg Co. brand.
About the Role
Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Customer Service - deliver warm and engaging service to all customers.
- Brand Representation - act as a passionate ambassador of our brand.
- Sales & Business Growth - drive sales through a range of opportunities and activations.
- Customer Relationships - create and maintain genuine and sincere relationships.
- Inventory Management - monitor inventory to ensure adequate stock is available and ensure merchandising is maintain to a high quality.
- Record Keeping & Reporting - ensure all records are kept accurately and provide regular reporting to senior management.
