Part time IT Support Technicians (2 Positions Available)

We are seeking two motivated and experienced Part-Time IT Support Technicians to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for IT professionals who enjoy providing hands-on technical support in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide onsite and remote IT support to users.

- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.

- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.

- Maintain and support Windows-based systems and IT infrastructure.

- Assist with system upgrades, backups, and ongoing maintenance.

- Deliver excellent customer service and technical support.

- Reporting directly to the owner/Director

Essential Requirements

- Previous experience in an IT support role.

- Strong networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

- Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and desktop support.





- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

Desirable Skills

- Experience working within the medical or healthcare industry.

- Experience using Best Practice Medical Software.

- Knowledge of medical practice IT environments and clinical software integrations.
