As the Logistics Coordinator your main responsibilities will be:
- Coordinating all deliveries as per customer requirements
- Providing weekly updates to customers on tank delivery dates
- Planning production without exceeding manufacturing or delivery capacity
- Communicating effectively with customers via their preferred method of communication
- Coordinating the Delivery Capacity Chart to ensure volumes and percentages meet expectations
- Act as an escalation point for complex or difficult logistic issues
About You
- Experience in customer service and communication
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise
- Ability to change, adapt and continuously improve
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Office 365
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
