Position Overview

Location: Broulee, NSW

Role: Physiotherapist - providing residential aged care services

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Benefits:

- $85,000 - $95,000 plus superannuation

- Relocation assistance

- 1:1 Induction, handover and training,

- $1000 Annual CPD allowance

About the role

We’re seeking a Physiotherapist with a passion for aged care to join our agile, supportive team in Broulee, NSW. Broulee is a stunning coastal town around 4 hours south of Sydney, offering a relaxed lifestyle with all the essentials close by.

This role suits an experienced clinician with a passion for aged care, whether you’re local or looking for a sea-change. With great childcare and schools nearby (for families) and incredible surf and beaches on your doorstep, it’s an ideal place to live and work.

As the in-house Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to senior clients and staff, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals.

What you'll be doing

1. Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop personalised treatment plans for clients

2. Deliver a range of physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription,



and rehabilitation programs

3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as RN's, GP's and care staff to provide integrated and person-centred care

4. Educate staff on injury prevention, manual handling, and healthy lifestyle choices

5. Maintain accurate and detailed client records and maintain resident care plans and assessments on a daily basis

6. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up to date with the latest evidence and best practices in physiotherapy

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Physiotherapy, with current general registration with AHPRA

2. New graduates are welcome, as well as more experienced Physiotherapists

3. Excellent clinical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities

4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds

5. Commitment to professional development and a passion for providing high-quality, patient-centred care

6. A willingness to learn about aged care if you are newly qualified
