We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Gold Coast team on a part-time basis.

About You

We are looking for someone with prior work experience in a reception or administrative role. You communicate clearly and are genuinely good with people - warm,



qualified and the kind of person clients enjoy dealing with. You are organised, use your initiating and good at multi-tasking.

You'll also bring:

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Teams and SharePoint

- The ability to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball on details

- A solutions-first mindset: you look for ways to fix issues, not just flag them.

Responsibilities

- Greet clients as they arrive and ensure they feel welcome and well looked-after

- Manage incoming calls and direct queries to the right person

- Coordinate client appointments, including scheduling and managing online meetings

- Process client payments following appointments

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail

- Manage the general office inbox, responding to or directing queries as necessary

- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
