As an Authorised Representative of NRMA Insurance, CS Telephony delivers exceptional customer service and support across multiple locations in NSW.

Please note: The successful applicant will be employed by CS Telephony Pty Ltd, not NRMA Insurance.

The Role

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, inbound call centre environment, you will manage a variety of customer interactions, navigate complex systems, and convert enquiries into successful sales outcomes.

Whether you're assisting with insurance policies or roadside memberships, you’ll play a key role in delivering trusted service and tailored solutions. You will be supported by a dedicated leader and a collaborative team,



all working together to help you succeed and meet your targets.
