The Role
- Develop and nurture relationships with employers seeking return‑to‑work support for their organisation
- Case management for injured workers who need physical and/or psychological support to return them back to employment
- Take a holistic care approach, establish key relationships with health professionals and work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing
- Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities‑of‑daily‑living assessments
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders—including the injured employee, employer, medical specialists and other allied health professionals—to develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans

What Will Make You Successful
- Current unrestricted (or eligibility for) registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA or ASORC)
- Occupational rehabilitation experience
- Tertiary qualifications ideally in Psychology (Provisional acceptable) or Rehabilitation Counselling. Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Social Work or Nursing may also be considered
- Strong clinical reasoning
- Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
- Passion to help people rehabilitate
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
