Going Up is an Australian-owned, independent elevator company operating across the east coast. We specialise in lift installation, servicing, and modernisation, and due to continued growth, we’re expanding our Installation team.

We’re on the lookout for reliable Trade Assistants who are confident using tools, enjoy hands-on work, and are ready to be part of active construction sites. Experience in lifts is a bonus — but not essential.

Our office is based in Brisbane, with projects located across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll support our Installation team on a variety of lift projects, working closely with experienced installers and supervisors.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting with the installation and fit-out of lift systems

- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively

- Handling materials, equipment, and site tasks

- Maintaining clean, organised, and protected work areas

- Following all site safety requirements and procedures

This is a full-time,



permanent position with work across Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Confident using hand and power tools

- From a trade or hands-on background (electrical, mechanical, construction, automotive or similar)

- Physically fit and comfortable working on construction sites

- Reliable, safety-focused, and eager to learn

- A team player with a strong work ethic
