TechnologyOne is looking for a Finance Director to provide strategic financial leadership and oversight across our Sales, Marketing and Industry functions. This role will lead the Finance Business Partnering function for the portfolio, as well as the Revenue and Pricing Team.

You will ensure financial activity is aligned to corporate objectives, support business performance, and provide commercial insight across forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, revenue, pricing and reporting. The role will also focus on improving systems and processes to enable enhanced compliance, governance and decision-making.

What you'll be doing…
Provide financial leadership and support to the Sales, Marketing and Pricing teamsLead, manage and mentor the Finance Business Partnering team within the portfolioOversee the Revenue and Pricing Team, including licensing, revenue recognition, deal pricing and policy complianceSupport accurate forecasting, budgeting, financial planning and performance monitoringDevelop financial models, reporting and analysis to support business decision-makingPartner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insights and financial guidanceIdentify and implement process and system improvements across finance activitiesSupport compliance with accounting standards, corporate policies, audit requirements and internal controlsContribute to external audit processes and revenue-related disclosuresYour Talents…
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related disciplineCA, CPA or CFA qualification highly regarded10 -15 years' progressive financial management experienceExperience leading finance teams in a complex business environmentStrong financial modelling, forecasting,



budgeting and analysis capabilityExperience in revenue accounting, pricing and commercial financeExperience in an ASX-listed or SaaS organisation highly regardedAdvanced Excel and financial systems capabilityERP systems experience; exposure to TechnologyOne advantageousExperience using AI and automation tools to improve finance processes, reporting, analysis and decision-making, with appropriate attention to governance and data integritySalesforce and CPQ experience highly regardedStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical capabilityAbility to operate with sound judgement, governance and attention to detailWhy Join us?
