What You’ll Be Doing:

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, delivering recruitment solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Contract Recruitment Expertise: Manage the full recruitment cycle for contract roles – sourcing, interviewing and placing top‑tier candidates.
- Market Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and deliver valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Business Development: Proactively seek new opportunities and grow NES Fircroft’s reputation in your sector.
- Candidate Management: Engage with high‑quality candidates, build a strong talent pool and ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications and Experience:





- Contract recruitment experience; proven background in a contract‑recruitment or agency environment.
- Solid ability to develop long‑term client partnerships.
- Self‑starter – motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently.
- Team player – collaborative and supportive mindset.
- Excellent communicator – confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
