Position: Delivery Driver/Seafood Processing
Location: Northern Rivers, NSW
Roster: Tuesday to Saturday (inclusive)
Full-Time Position: Minimum 38 hours per week

Australian Bay Lobster Producers Ltd (ABLP), a leader in sustainable aquaculture and wild-catch fisheries, is looking for a Delivery Driver/Seafood Processing to join our team. If you're an experienced driver with a customer-first attitude and a keen interest in food production, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for delivering our premium lobster and other seafood products to customers across Northern NSW and South East QLD. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our products arrive safely and on time, building solid relationships with clients along the way. You will also assist the processing team with tasks such as preparing feeds for lobster production, contributing to the success of both our delivery and processing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pick and Pack Orders: Organise and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy.

- Execute Multi-Drop Deliveries: Deliver products safely across Northern NSW and South East QLD, ensuring timely service.

- Operate Refrigerated Vehicles: Safely transport products to maintain product integrity.

- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service,



fostering positive relationships with clients.

- Maintain Paperwork: Keep accurate records for deliveries and orders.

- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure your delivery vehicle is maintained in good condition.

- Assist with Seafood Processing: Support the team with feed preparation and other tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:

- C Class Driver’s License (Required)

- Delivery Driver Experience (Preferred)

- Customer Service Focused: A desire to deliver excellent service and engage with clients.

- Australian Resident: Must have the right to work full-time in Australia.

- Bonus Experience: Pick and packing experience is advantageous but not essential.
