We're looking for an experienced culinary professional to join our growing team on the Central Coast.Working alongside an experienced kitchen team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional, authentic Vietnamese dishes while helping maintain the high standards our customers know and love. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in quality food, and is ready to step into a leadership position.What You'll Be DoingLead and support the kitchen team during daily service.Prepare and present authentic Vietnamese dishes to a consistently high standard.Ensure food quality, presentation and portion control meet business expectations.Assist with menu preparation and daily kitchen operations.Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.Monitor stock levels, manage inventory and minimise waste.Assist with rostering,
