Rocky Creek Abattoir Pty Ltd is seeking 20 reliable full time meat work labourers to join our beef and small stock processing operations in Tolga and Atherton region for an immediate start. Work is performed on both the processing floor and boning room, with early morning starts (6:00–7:00am), Monday to Friday.________________________________________Key responsibilities for these positions will include:-Physical labour- Picking and packaging meat products. -Use of tools and equipment for meat processingRequirements of the role :-Being on your feet, standing for long periods of time-Walking long distances-Lifting heavy objects-Working in various conditions-Be available for shift work as well as working the entire season________________________________________Minimum Selection CriteriaApplicants should be able to demonstrate:1.

- Wages and conditions in accordance with the Meat Industry Award 2020 – starting hourly rate of $24.28 and after 3 months will increase to level 2 (if competency is met) at a rate of $25.09
- Full time hours (minimum 38 hours per week)

- Applicants must have the right to work in Australia
- Willingness to undergo Q Fever vaccination (required for working in a meat processing environment)
