About the Role
We are recruiting for a Program Officer to support our program management of from either our Nambour, Maroochydore or Caboolture Service Centres.
Program Officer role
- Develop housing programs, processes and reporting systems that deliver demonstrated outcomes and lasting impact.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders, as well as program participants.
- Manage and assess applications for programs against eligibility criteria.
- Ensure programs meet required funding, regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Assess program data, identify trends and complete regular reporting
- Record and promote positive program outcomes.
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in housing or community services program management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and program participants.
