Educator Opportunities | Brand New Centre in Cooranbong

A brand-new centre. A brand-new team. A brand-new opportunity.

Guardian Cooranbong is opening soon, and we’re on the lookout for passionate and caring full-time Educators who want to be part of something special from day one. If you’re creative, and want to make each day exciting for young children, we think you’ll fit right in.

This isn't just another role in an established centre. It's an opportunity to help shape the culture, practices, and success of a brand-recent community. You'll work alongside a newly appointed leadership team and a group of like-minded educators to create an exceptional learning setting for children, families, and each other.

We're building our talent pool now for multiple Educator positions across all age groups.

Here’s what you’ll bring:

- Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform





- Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or Diploma (or working towards it or working towards another ECE qualification)

- Availability to work between 7 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster

- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC for NSW).

Ideal to have:

- Child Protection Certificate

- Food Safety Certificate

- Over 2-3 years of experience in the early childhood education sector
