With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join a $45M mental health project-based SOR.
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Previous experience as a Senior Contract Administrator within commercial construction
- Proven experience delivering commercial projects valued $30M+
- Strong understanding of procurement, subcontract management, cost control and contract administration
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience delivering healthcare, aged care or government projects will be highly regarded
