We have an opening for a site supervisor on a full-time basis working on commercial construction projects.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in supervising commercial construction work sites from inception through to completion.
Duties & Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
- Supervise the construction of commercial projects ranging in value from $500,000.00 to $5,000,000.00.
- Co-ordinate, supervise, manage and integrate the work of sub-contractors.
- Respond to queries from suppliers / sub-contractors in conjunction with the project managers.
- Preparation of long and short term construction programs in conjunction with managers.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to quality control. Have a keen eye for detail and a high standard of quality management.
- Safety and environmental awareness.
- Manage in office OHS documentation and site inductions via App and abide by HSW Act, Regulations and Building Code.
Requirements Include (but not limited to):
- Must have a current South Australian driver's licence.
- Construction White Card and First Aid certificate (current).
- A good level of computer literacy.
- Have a thorough understanding of building methodologies, HSW Act, legislation and building code standards.
