Full Time Chef de partie Required at the Boatshed Restaurant at Bonnells Bay, located in Lake Macquarie.

We are a family orientated 25 year old Business, and we are looking for an Experienced Full Time Chef de partie to join our Team.

We offer 2 consecutive days off per week. We are focused on Family, and understand that a Valuable Work/Life Balance is very important. This position would suit someone who lived locally.

Key Responsibilities will include:-

- Lead and organize a specific culinary station, ensuring all food preparation is completed on time before and during service.

- Prepare, cook, and plate high-quality dishes according to exact recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.

- Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff and kitchen assistants working within the kitchen

- Monitor food storage, rotate stock, minimize wastage, and assist with ordering supplies.

- Enforce strict adherence to HACCP guidelines, food hygiene, occupational health, and safety regulations.
