We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Powder Coating Line Worker to join the team at Betta Powdercoating Pty Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Hendon, SA 5014. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and equipment as part of our production line, ensuring that products are finished to the highest quality standards. This position is crucial to our manufacturing operations, directly contributing to the delivery of premium coated products to our clients.
Key responsibilities
1. Preparing work areas and components for coating, including cleaning, masking and positioning items on the production line
2. Monitoring coating application to ensure consistent coverage, thickness and colour matching specifications
3. Recording production data, including batch numbers, coating specifications and quality checks
4. Identifying and reporting equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors immediately
5. Adhering to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
6. Supporting the production team to meet daily output targets and delivery schedules
7. Assisting with material handling and organisation of finished products for dispatch
