MEDIA SALES MANAGER

Full-Time or Part-Time (You Choose!)

Provincial Media is growing, and we're looking for our next Media Sales Manager to join our award-winning publishing team.

Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time (approximately 15–20 hours per week), we're flexible. If you're the right person, we'll work together to create a role that suits both you and us.

This isn't your average office job.

You'll be out meeting business owners, discovering incredible local businesses, building long-term relationships and helping clients grow through the power of premium print and digital media.

Some days you'll be enjoying coffee with a client. Other days you'll be presenting advertising ideas, visiting wedding venues, boutique retailers, cafes or professional services. Every day is different.

What You'll Do

You'll become the face of Provincial Media, working closely with businesses to create effective advertising campaigns across our magazines, websites and special publications.

Your role will include:

- Building genuine, long-term relationships with local businesses

- Taking over some established customers





- Identifying and developing new business opportunities

- Managing your own portfolio of clients

- Presenting advertising and marketing solutions

- Achieving sales targets and growing revenue

- Working alongside our creative and editorial teams

- Coordinating advertising bookings, artwork and editorial opportunities

- Becoming a trusted adviser to your clients

Who We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who enjoys talking to people and genuinely loves sales.

You might already be working in:

- Media, Radio, Events, Real Estate, Automotive, Business Development...or perhaps you're simply an exceptional salesperson looking for a fresh challenge.

We'd love to hear from you if you are:

- A confident communicator

- Self-motivated and organised

- Professional, honest and reliable

- Comfortable meeting people face-to-face

- Passionate about building relationships

- Resilient and able to turn the occasional "No" into the next "Yes"

- Driven by achieving goals

- Someone who enjoys working independently while still being part of a supportive team

A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle are essential.

What This Role Isn't

Let's be clear...This is not a marketing or a digital role. This is a genuine business development,



account management and media sales position where you'll be generating recent business, developing relationships and helping businesses succeed through advertising.

If you're happiest sitting behind a computer all day, this probably isn't the role for you.
