Arndell Anglican College is seeking an outstanding educator and leader to join our Junior School Leadership Team as Leader of Learning – Stage 1, commencing Term 1, 2027.

Working within a vibrant Christian community, this exciting role combines classroom teaching with leadership responsibility. The Leader of Learning Stage 1 is a member of the Junior School Leadership team and is responsible for fostering student learning growth and development, leading Stage 1 pedagogy, programming and assessment, facilitating the design of high-quality, engaging and inclusive educational programs, supporting student wellbeing and inspiring a lifelong appreciation of learning.

About You

You will:

· Hold appropriate teaching qualifications and current NESA accreditation.

· Demonstrate a strong understanding of contemporary teaching and learning practices.

· Be an effective leader with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

· Actively support the Christian teaching of the College and integrating their faith in all you do, and have active involvement in a reformed evangelical Christian church

· Current Working With Children Check
