What you will do

As remand program facilitator, you will coordinate and deliver practical programs that help people on remand build skills and prepare for their future.

You will work with prison staff and service providers to deliver quality programs and support positive outcomes.

You will:

- coordinate and deliver remand programs, including the ATLAS program
- plan program schedules, manage referrals and increase participation
- work closely with prison staff and service providers to support program delivery
- maintain accurate records, update information systems and prepare reports
- support reintegration planning, complete assessments and contribute to case management.

About you

Experience coordinating or delivering programs in a correctional setting is highly desirable. You should also have experience planning and delivering programs and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.

You should also have:

- strong knowledge of the needs of men on remand
- proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent data management and digital skills
- flexible communication skills and a commitment to inclusive practice.
