The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a new graduate or experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Adelaide. With flexible part-time, full-time, and casual opportunities available, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a work-life balance that suits your lifestyle.
Your New Role
You will work with a diverse caseload, delivering practical outcomes-focused therapy, while also contributing to the development of the team through paediatric-focused clinical supervision.
Your role wil vary day-to-day, and will typically include:
- Delivering person-centred, evidence-based therapy aligned to indivdual client goals
- Conduct functional, behavioural, and environmental assessments
- Developing and implementing tailored therapy plans
- Completing high-quality reports and documentation aligned to NDIS and industry standards
- Collaborating with families, referrers,
and multidisciplinary care teams
- Providing structured, supportive clinical supervision to team members

What You Bring
- A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
- A current driver’s licence, Working With Children Check, and NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A passion for improving the lives of paediatric and adult clients through meaningful therapeutic interventions
- A commitment to continuous professional development and learning
