The ideal candidate will have:

- 1+ years previous experience in a dental reception role

- Ability to work late evenings on Thursdays and Saturday Mornings

- Confidence to work independently

- The ability to interact with both patients and colleagues in a welcoming and friendly manner

- Strong organizational skills for managing patient records and appointment bookings

- Confidence in handling a range of administrative tasks, including billing, phone enquiries, and patient support

- Ability to provide chairside assistance when required
