Chandler Macleod is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Hand to join a busy distribution centre team in Hazelmere. In this role, you will assist with quality checks, product rework, repackaging, relabelling, and general warehouse duties to ensure products meet customer and company standards prior to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform quality inspections on returned, damaged, or incorrectly packed products
- Rework stock by relabelling, repackaging, or correcting product issues
- Repack goods to customer and internal specifications
- Accurately scan, record, and relocate stock within the warehouse
- Support warehouse operations with general manual handling and housekeeping duties
- Work closely with warehouse, picking, packing, and quality teams to maintain product standards
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
- Maintain a clean,



organised, and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse, production, or general hand experience is advantageous but not essential
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and experience using handheld scanners is desirable
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
