Chisholm Early Education, Care and Preschool is opening its doors for the very first time, and we are inviting educators to help shape this new beginning. Our service has been created with intention and care, guided by a vision of reimagining early learning. We are seeking qualified Educators to join our team, with full time and part time roles available across all age groupings, and we welcome educators with a range of qualifications. We require passionate, inspiring, friendly, committed and energetic individuals.

As a Child Safe organisation, we hold high expectations for safeguarding and professional integrity. We are looking for educators who demonstrate strong awareness, thoughtful judgement, and a genuine commitment to protecting children and upholding safe practice.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing learning that grows from children’s ideas, questions and fascinations
• Working with the EYLF with intention and depth, using it as a guide for thoughtful, relational practice
• Observing closely and documenting learning in ways that make children’s thinking visible and valued
• Creating environments that breathe with children, where materials invite connection, wonder and exploration
• Approaching daily routines as rituals that offer presence, meaning and belonging
• Modelling reflective, intentional practice and supporting others to grow their own artistry
• Helping shape the identity, rhythm and culture of a new service built on reimagining early learning
• Holding the responsibilities that protect children’s wellbeing and support a calm, safe environment

What we’re looking for

• A qualification in Early Childhood Education at Certificate III, Diploma or ECT level
• As a Child Secure organisation, we expect educators to actively uphold ethical, attentive,



and protective practice every day.
• A deep respect for slow pedagogy and the power of unhurried, meaningful interactions
• A strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS, or a genuine commitment to deepening this knowledge
• An understanding of the values and principles out of Reggio Emilia is preferred but not essential.
• A warm communicator who builds trusting, genuine relationships with children, families and colleagues
• A reflective educator who approaches challenges with curiosity, courage and optimism
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
• Working With Children Check and eligibility to work in Australia
