Engineer Your Career.

At CPP, our Civil Engineers design and deliver critical infrastructure for Australia’s power transmission network. The CPP Charles Wright Graduate Program offers hands-on experience in HV substation and grid connection engineering, including civil design, structural analysis, project management, and commissioning.





Over two years, you’ll rotate across disciplines, gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle—from design to construction. Under the mentorship of experienced engineers, you’ll contribute to major HV projects, including substations, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Wind Farms, working on detailed design, technical analysis, project documentation, tender preparation, and on-site commissioning.

Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or studying your final year)



preferably within the last 4 yearsMust be studying your undergraduate degree at an Australian UniversityA great attitude with a proactive mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively within a team environment
