We are an Australian studio making premium fine-art prints
and wallpaper. We frame our fine-art prints in-house, and we are
hiring a full-time person for our framing department.

This is a physically demanding, high-focus production role, and it is
not a creative one. The work rewards accuracy, speed and steady
concentration. It suits someone who is happy to put their head down
and focus on doing careful work well, because a clear, focused mind is
what keeps our quality high.

We are hiring for the person, not the resume. What matters most:

- Acute attention to detail. Our work is measured in millimetres, and
small errors are visible in the finished frame. You need to notice
them before anyone else does.
- Speed with accuracy. Both matter equally. We move fast to get orders
to customers quickly, but never at the cost of getting it right.
- Focus and mental clarity. You can stay locked on the task in front
of you for a full day and keep your head transparent when priorities shift.
- Organised and calm under changing priorities. The order of work
changes through the day, and you adjust without losing track of what
is where.
- Good with your hands and comfortable with physical work.



The role is
on your feet, hands-on and repetitive, and it stays this way all day.
- Reliable and consistent. We are trusting you with the last step
before a piece reaches a customer.

You do not need framing experience. It is a niche craft and we train
you fully. We would rather hire someone with the right focus, care and
work ethic and teach them our process than take someone who assumes
they already know it.

Please note: our busiest period is the lead-up to Christmas. This role
has a blackout on annual leave from 11 November to 11 January, so you
will need to be available and comfortable taking no leave across that
window.

This role is classified at Level 1 under the Graphic Arts Award, moving up upon completion of probationary period.
