The Role
Working closely with the Site Manager and project team, you will take ownership of key areas on site, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being on the ground, building strong relationships with subcontractors and keeping projects moving.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities across your allocated areasCoordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers on siteDrive programme outcomes and ensure works are delivered on scheduleMaintain high standards of safety,
quality and complianceMonitor progress and proactively manage site issues and risksEnsure works are completed in line with drawings and specificationsMaintain accurate site records including daily reports and progress trackingWork closely with the wider project team to achieve key milestones
About You
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction projectsExperience working on large-scale builds, ideally $70m+Health Project experience would be preferable Strong knowledge of construction practices, sequencing and deliveryConfident managing subcontractors and driving site performanceSolid understanding of safety and compliance requirementsAbility to read and interpret drawings and specificationsStrong communication and leadership skillsProactive, organised and solutions focused
