The Role

We are seeking a talented Videographer & Digital Content Creator to take ownership of all visual content across our business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about storytelling through video and photography, understands social media, and can create engaging content that strengthens our brand and generates new business.

You will be responsible for planning, filming, editing and publishing content across our social media platforms, Google Business Profile, website and other marketing channels while working closely with our directors, sales team and construction team.

Key Responsibilities

- Film completed homes and granny flats.

- Capture construction progress and behind-the-scenes footage on active building sites.

- Produce professional home walkthroughs and promotional videos.

- Create engaging short-form content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.

- Manage and grow our social media presence with consistent, high-quality content.

- Create and maintain visual content for our website.

- Produce Google Business Profile content, including photos, videos and regular posts.

- Edit videos with professional graphics, music,



captions and branding.

- Photograph completed homes, display homes and construction progress.

- Attend building sites, company events and promotional activities to capture content.

- Record client testimonials and showcase completed projects.

- Develop creative marketing campaigns that strengthen the Prestige Homes & Granny Flats brand.

- Stay up to date with social media trends and implement fresh content ideas.

- Organise and maintain our digital library of photos and videos.

- Monitor content performance and recommend strategies to improve engagement, enquiries and lead generation.

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in videography, photography and digital content creation.

- Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar software.

- Experience creating engaging content for social media platforms.

- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile.

- Excellent photography skills.

- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.

- Current Australian driver's licence.

- Experience within the residential building,



construction or property industry will be highly regarded.

Equipment & Technical Skills

Experience using professional content creation equipment is preferred, including:

- Professional DSLR or mirrorless cameras.

- Drones (RePL licence highly regarded).

- Gimbals and stabilisers.

- Professional lighting equipment.

- Wireless microphones and audio recording equipment.
