Key Responsibilities

- Provide physical, emotional, and social support to residents according to their personalized care plans.
- Assist with daily living tasks while respecting residents’ preferences and ensuring their dignity.
- Report changes in residents’ health to the Registered/Enrolled Nurse.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver personalized care that supports residents' independence and well-being.

Essential Criteria

- Certificate III in Aged Care
- Knowledge of aged care-related issues and practices
- Current National Police Certificate

Desirable Criteria

- Experience in an aged care workplace
- Ability to speak Italian
