About the Role

This position is responsible for:

- Deliver civil design packages for land division, urban development, infrastructure, general civil works, stormwater and wastewater management projects

- Manage, maintain and grow trusted relationships with clients and project partners

- Undertake project planning, including budgeting, financial management, resourcing and project deadlines

- Contribute to technical excellence and innovation within the team

- Mentor and guide junior engineers

- Drive business development, fee proposals and project pipeline growth

Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will provide professional expertise, practical solutions and trusted support that helps our teams achieve outstanding outcomes.

About You

You are a technically proficient and relationship-driven engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality engineering outcomes.

What you bring

To contribute confidently in this role, you will bring

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

- Professional Engineering registration / Chartered status highly desirable

- 5+ years’ local civil design experience

- Proven track record in project delivery and client-facing roles





- Proficiency in design and analysis software including 12D design, AutoCAD, DRAINS and MUSIC

- Strong understanding of Australian Standards and NCC requirements

- Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills

- The ability to develop project scope of works and proposals

- Demonstrated experience leading project teams
