BM Webb is seeking a motivated and reliable Gardener / Grounds Maintenance person to maintain our commercial properties, industrial estate, and company facilities.

About the Role
Your duties will include:
- Lawn mowing, edging and whipper snipping
- Weed control and garden maintenance
- Pruning shrubs, hedges and small trees
- Mulching and planting
- Irrigation checks and minor repairs
- General grounds maintenance and property presentation
- Green waste removal
- Basic maintenance and reporting of property issues
- Operating and maintaining gardening equipment safely
What We're Looking For
- Experience in gardening, landscaping or grounds maintenance (but not essential)
- Current Driver Licence (essential)
- White Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Physically fit and capable of manual work outdoors
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your time
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety
- Experience operating ride-on mowers and small machinery
- MR Licence
