We're looking for someone who understands regional communities and is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.

Why Port Hedland?

This role also offers a housing allowance as part of an attractive regional employment package.

What You'll Do:

- Deliver high-quality frontline customer service through face-to-face, phone and email interactions, supporting enquiries related to billing,

- Manage service orders, fault notes and compliance activities, working closely with metering teams and depot crews to support safe and efficient operations.

- Support customer communications during planned and unplanned outages, partnering with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate information is shared.

- Play an active role in community engagement activities and events, including set-up, attendance and pack-down, with flexibility to support after-hours activities and occasional regional travel.

- Coordinate administrative and financial activities such as setting up suppliers, raising purchase orders, processing invoices and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:
You're customer-focused, community-minded and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving regional workplace. You will have:

- Demonstrated experience in a customer service, advisor or corporate support role, ideally within utilities, government or a regulated environment.

- The ability to manage competing priorities, follow established processes and make sound decisions when situations change.

- Confidence working with systems,

documentation and financial tasks such as purchase orders, invoicing and reconciliations.

- Strong communication skills and the maturity to work with vulnerable customers, including those experiencing hardship.

- A proactive, flexible approach and willingness to support after-hours events, regional travel and hands-on operational activities.
