Pre-Sales Consultant (Australia‑based)

We’re seeking a people‑focused, results‑driven sales professional to join our Contact Centre team in Dandenong South. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our international customers, guiding them through their relocation journey and ensuring a smooth, high‑touch experience from quote to move.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up promptly on customer inquiries and quote requests
- Qualify leads and schedule in‑home pre‑move inspections
- Manage customer relationships from enquiry to final sale
- Prepare and send accurate quotes
- Enter move details into our systems with precision
- Follow up within 48 hours to close sales,



including price negotiations within approved margins
- Coordinate services with internal teams and external vendors
- Promote the Allied brand using brochures, presentations, and product information
- Maintain a well‑organized daily schedule of activities and appointments
