Join the Petries Group at our Mitre 10 Trade Centre Orange

We’re on the lookout for a reliable, organised person to join our Inventory team.

This job is all about keeping stock moving smoothly — receiving deliveries, checking orders, and making sure everything is in the right place and entered correctly. If you like things done properly, aren’t afraid of a bit of hands-on work, and are comfortable using a computer, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing:

- Putting safety first — for yourself and your workmates

- Receiving and entering stock into our POS system

- Checking deliveries and handling special orders

- Keeping the stockroom tidy, secure, and organised

- Processing stock adjustments, returns, and credits

- Managing claims and warranty returns

- In store customer service

What we’re looking for:

- Someone organised with a good eye for detail

- Clear communicator who takes initiative and follows things through

- Comfortable working with computerised stock systems

- Forklift licence (essential)

- Experience in a similar role is a bonus, but not a must

- Physically fit — there’s lifting and bulky items involved

If you’re successful, you’ll need to complete a pre-employment medical to make sure you’re fit for the role.
