Skills & Experience
- Passionate about making a difference.
- A self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for their own behaviour & success.
- Coachable
- Previous caregiving experience is an asset.
- Must be able to speak and write in English.
- Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed.
Mandatory Requirements
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, overnight and weekends
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willing to obtain prior to commencing)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain prior to commencing)
