As our project portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for a proven Senior Project Manager to take the lead on projects valued between $5M and $25M.

This is a role for someone who enjoys the responsibility that comes with delivering complex projects, leading high-performing teams and building long-term client relationships.

The Role

You'll take full ownership of project delivery from award through to handover, with responsibility for commercial performance, program, client satisfaction and team leadership.

You'll lead experienced delivery teams that may include Contract Administrators, Site Managers, Foremen, Cadets, consultants and subcontractors, creating an workplace where people perform at their best and projects are delivered to the standard ICG is known for.

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading commercial construction projects valued from $5M–$25M

- Managing commercial performance, budgets and forecasting

- Driving program, procurement and subcontractor management

- Building trusted relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders

- Leading, mentoring and developing project teams

- Managing project risk while delivering outstanding safety and quality outcomes

- Providing strategic reporting and leadership throughout the project lifecycle





About You

You're an experienced commercial construction leader who combines strong technical capability with sound judgement and excellent people skills.

You'll bring:

- Proven success delivering commercial construction projects

- Experience managing large multidisciplinary project teams

- Strong commercial, contractual and financial management capability

- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills

- Outstanding planning and organisational ability

- A collaborative leadership style that earns trust and respect

- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar (preferred)
