Secure Lifting Australia is seeking experienced Electrical and Mechanical Crane Technicians to join our expanding team.
As our mining and industrial operations continue to grow, we have current and upcoming FIFO 8/6 roster opportunities across Western Australia, together with ongoing metropolitan and regional work.
This is an excellent prospect to join a rapidly growing Australian company specialising in overhead cranes, hoists and lifting equipment, working across mining, ports, manufacturing, defence, LNG and heavy industry.

About the Role
You will be responsible for the inspection, servicing, maintenance and repair of overhead cranes, hoists and lifting equipment on a variety of mining and industrial sites throughout Western Australia.
The role includes:
- Preventative maintenance and servicing
- Breakdown diagnosis and repairs
- Electrical fault finding
- Mechanical repairs and overhauls
- Annual statutory inspections
- Functional testing and commissioning
- Working safely in accordance with site and company procedures
- Preparing professional electronic inspection reports
No two days are the same. You'll work on everything from small electric chain hoists through to large process cranes, gantry cranes and specialised lifting systems.
About You
We are looking for motivated technicians who take pride in their work.
Ideally you will have:
- WA Electrical Licence (preferred)
- Current Manual Driver's Licence
- Crane service and maintenance experience
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Mining experience (preferred)
- Working at Heights and EWP tickets (desirable)
- Dogging, Rigging or Forklift tickets (advantageous)
- Robust commitment to safety
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
