Civil Operators Wanted!

Location: Moranbah Area, QLD (DIDO position)

Roster: 7/7 – 12hr Day Shift only

About Our Client:

Our client is a leading provider of mining, urban, and civil infrastructure project management services, operating across Queensland and South Australia. Known for their reliability and cost-effectiveness, they are dedicated to achieving successful outcomes by working closely with clients to create and deliver value on every project.

What You Will Be Doing:

In this 7/7 roster role, you will have the prospect to operate one or more pieces of machinery and utilise your experience working on civil, construction, or roadworks projects. This is a drive-in, drive-out (DIDO) position with meals and accommodation provided. The available roles include:

- Flat Drum Roller Operators (road base placement & compaction)

- HR Water Truck Operator (road base experience preferred)

- Excavator Operator – Bulk Loading (GPS not essential)

- Excavator Operator – Trim (GPS essential)

- Multi-Skilled Operators (any combination of Dozer, Loader, Water Truck, Scraper, Excavator)

What You Will Need:

As a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will bring:

- Valid skills list and/or RII for Roller, Excavator/Dozer/Loader/Scarper

- Valid Driver’s Licence – MR or HR highly regarded

- White Or Blue Card in Construction (essential)

- Valid Coal Board Medical, CAT 3 Railway Medical or Pre-employment Medical





- Ability to pass regular Drug & Alcohol screening

- Dedication to achieving shared goals and objectives
