What You’ll Be Doing
This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people and thrives on achieving results.
Your day will include:
- Making outbound calls to connect with everyday Aussies
- Booking appointments for our experienced in-home consultants
- Clearly explaining who we are and how we help
- Building rapport and ensuring every conversation leaves a positive impression
- Learning and mastering our call centre scripts and systems
- Weekly roster (6 days a week):
- Monday to Thursday 3:00pm till 8:00pm
- Friday 9:30am till 2:30pm
- Saturday 9:30 am till 2:30pm
- No Sundays
