We're looking for an organised, proactive and adaptable Administration & Accounts Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a part-time role (approximately 15-20 hours per week), ideally worked across 4-5 weekdays to provide consistent daily support to our Accounts team. While the hours will generally fall within this range, we're looking for someone who is versatile and happy to increase their hours during busy periods and provide leave coverage when required. Likewise, there may be times where fewer hours are required, so flexibility works both ways.
About the Role
This position plays an important role in keeping our business running smoothly. Initially, your primary focus will be supporting our Accounts Receivable function, working closely with our Accounts Administrator to ensure customer invoicing is processed accurately and efficiently.
As you become familiar with our systems and processes, you'll have the opportunity to broaden your skills across other areas of the business, including accounts, administration, HR support and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer invoicing and Accounts Receivable administration
- Processing and reconciling customer transactions
- General accounts and administration support
- Preparing reports and business documents
- Assisting with HR and recruitment administration
- Supporting process improvements and special projects
- Providing assistance across the wider business as required
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in accounts receivable, accounts administration or a similar administrative role
- Has excellent organisational and time management skills
- Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate work
- Communicates professionally and confidently
- Enjoys learning new systems and processes
- Can manage competing priorities and work independently
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new business software
- Has experience using Xero (essential)
